Boy Scout Troop 555 is a very active all-year, all-weather troop. As it should be, the boy leaders run the troop and are provided with Junior Leader Training on a yearly basis. Activities include monthly campouts, a week-long summer camp, weekly troop meetings, and the construction of a 25-foot tower with rapelling, cable-slide, and climbing wall.
Campout and meeting themes include: hiking/backpacking,
orienteering, canoeing, rafting, wilderness survival,
emergency preparedness, cooking methods, woodworking,
theatre/music, pioneering, and High Adventure camping.
